Detailed Product Description
HDPE double wall corrugated pipe production line introduction:
1. This production line has two high-efficiency single screw extruders. Screw and barrel need nitriding handling. Grooving barrel assures high output. And gear box has hard gear surface which is grinded and quenched.
2. It equipped vacuum automatic loader system.
3. Die head mould adopts spiral structure for easy assembling. Mould material is 40 Cr and nitriding treatment. Water sleeve adopts high quality stainless steel and has good cooling effect.
4. Forming machine with automatic lubrication system adopts closed forming mold chain, opening design, and water cooling. It has swallowtail groove to orientation accurately, mechanical locking and easy to change specifications. The gliding part on the work-table and mold bracket is made by 40Cr, nitriding treatment, and long time use life.
5. Forming mold is made by accurate processing special alloy. It has very high accuracy, strength and good cooling effect.
6. Advanced online belling function to reduce investment and improve production efficiency.
