Detailed Product Description

We adopt two single screw extruders for processing PE/PP material. One makes inside
wall and the other makes outside wall. Producers can use two different models
of material and different colors for both inner layer and outer layer. The weight
per meter and wall thickness can be adjusted. We use up and down two motors for
forming machine with automatically lubricating system and strong water cooling
system, which assured high running speed. The forming machine has automatically
protection system when the machine stopped suddenly. High precision die and moulding
machine made of special material is wearproof and interchangeable.

Advanced control system with Omron or Panasonic PLC and colorful touching screen
can make the machine have perfect failure self-inspecting function, friendly man-machine
dialogue and technology parameter storage  function. Automatic stop and
warning protection device is equipped.
